Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

I am celebrating this year like I do most years, by staying at home, not seeing anyone, and eating a delicious vegetarian dinner.

I have spent years differently. I have done the huge dinners with all the friends and family and drinks and a huge turkey. Having done all of that I can safely say it not for me.

The funny thing is I spent my childhood with quiet vegetarian thanksgivings. When I grew up I did things a lot differently. And now I have come full circle and returned to my roots.

So, no matter where you are, what you are doing, or how you like to celebrate, I hope you have a very happy Thursday.
