I took the day off yesterday like I planned. I took it off completely, not just working out but everything else I could get away with not doing as well. It was incredibly satisfying and relaxing. I feel tons better today. I feel ready to actually face my fears again and get out and do the things. (All the many many things.) Anyway, I will let you know how that goes. I hope I can use this good mood to propel me forward and the day goes flying by.
