8/21/19 Treadmill

Yesterday I ran on the treadmill. It was hot. While I could still feel the improvement in my strength, it was hard getting to that final 70 minutes. I walked the last ten minutes of the workout. Which probably accounts for my heart rate being at the fat burn level for so long. But it still counts. I still did it.

I have been noticing this weird thing after I run. I get this numbing pain down the back of my left leg. I bet it’s my stride. I bet I need to go see a chiropractor. It feels like pressure, like if I could somehow just crack my back the right way I would feel so much better. I have been stretching a lot to try and relieve this strange sort of pain. Anyway, it doesn’t happen when I swim so… Guess what I am doing today?
