8/18/19 Swimming

I swam yesterday. My legs were sore from running from the day before. It was a bit of a cloudy day so not many people were braving the outdoors pool. I swam outside. I don’t know what I can say about it that I haven’t said before. I went for 65 minutes but next workout I will go for 70 minutes. I think I will take the day off today though. Let those muscles grow back stronger and all that.
