8/15/19 Treadmill

Yesterday I went on the treadmill. I kept the same focus in mind that I have had with swimming. Slow and steady through the whole workout. No sprinting or pushing past my limits, just a constant pace that I can hold the whole workout, all 65 minutes of it. And that is just what I did. By the end of the 65 minutes I wasn’t burned out. I still felt like I got a good workout in too. I was breathing hard and sweating like a pig, so, there is that. I am not slacking in effort. Just making sure I don’t over do it.

4.87 miles

4.4 average mph

7 minutes peak

50 minutes cardio

9 minutes fat burn
