I swam yesterday. Slow and steady and for another 60 minutes. I felt really good afterward and it wasn’t hard to build up the motivation to go. I found I wanted to go. Today I will be flying back to Washington so I won’t have anything to report. I will see you once I am back at home and settled enough to workout again. (I have a feeling I will be spending more time at the gym pool from now on.) Until then…
