I swam laps again yesterday. I made sure of it. I got up early and swam before I did anything else and I felt amazing all day. Today I plan to swim in the middle of the day (because that is when the pool is open). Like yesterday I am making sure I have the time to swim and I am not allowing other things to push it out of my schedule. I am taking the time for myself, which feels really good.
