Yesterday I was feeling even better than the day before. I got a lot of cleaning done. So much so that my Fitbit tracked an hour of exercise beyond my actual workout. I also ran on the treadmill. I had to stop a couple times for various reasons. That’s the downside of running at home, things happen that need your attention. So I don’t know how good of an example of my heart rate zones I got.
